What You'll Do
Welcome and assist customers on the shop floor, understand what they're looking for, and suggest sarees, suits, lehengas and festive wear that suit their need and budget
Handle billing and payments (cash/UPI/card) accurately at the counter
Achieve monthly sales targets and earn incentive on top of fixed salary
Keep the store displays neat, stock arranged, and new arrivals showcased attractively
Manage stock — check incoming material, update rack/shelf placement, inform owner on fast-moving and low-stock items
Handle customer queries on WhatsApp/Instagram/phone regarding availability, price and order status
Build repeat customers through good service and follow-up

What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of experience in garment/fashion/retail sales (sarees, ethnic wear or boutique experience strongly preferred)
Confident, friendly communication in Odia, Hindi
Genuine interest in ethnic wear, fabrics and current fashion trends




Target-driven mindset — comfortable with sales goals and incentive-based earning
Basic comfort with billing/POS software (will train if needed)
Well-presented, punctual, and valuable with people
Prior experience in a saree/lehenga/ethnic wear store is a solid plus
