Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to develop new business, maintain solid customer relationships, generate sales, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Identify and develop recent customers and business opportunities.
Visit customers, dealers, distributors, and project sites as required.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the concerned departments.
Negotiate prices and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Coordinate with the accounts and dispatch teams for timely order execution and payment collection.
Maintain proper records of customer visits, leads, orders,



and follow-ups.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments from customers.
Build long-term relationships with customers and dealers.
Submit daily/weekly sales and follow-up reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building ability.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Valuable follow-up and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Willingness to travel for customer visits when required.

Qualification & Experience
Education: Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1–5 years in sales, preferably in building materials, doors, interior products, construction materials, or a related industry.
