Job Description:

Senior AI Architect

Job Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Chennai / Kolkata / Noida/ Gurgaon / Pune / Indore / Mumbai

The candidate should have experience or strong understanding of LLM-based applications, agent orchestration, LangGraph or similar frameworks, Azure AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI, MCP or tool-based integration patterns, and LLM observability.

Key Responsibilities
Design high-level architecture for Conversational AI experiences.
Define how user intents, workflows, tools, APIs, and backend systems interact.
Guide the use of LangGraph or similar orchestration patterns.
Define tool/API integration approach using MCP or structured contracts.
Establish observability requirements for LLM calls, tool calls, latency, cost, failures, and quality.
Ensure privacy, security, auditability, and responsible AI practices.
Support technical decision-making across frontend, backend, AI, and cloud teams.
Work with product, engineering, SRE, QA, and security teams.

Required Skills
Experience with AI/ML, Conversational AI, or LLM-based products.




Hands-on experience or strong understanding of LangGraph or similar Agentic AI orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or equivalent
Understanding of agentic AI concepts such as intent routing, state, tool calling, fallback, and orchestration.
Familiarity with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, or Azure AI Foundry.
Understanding of backend APIs, cloud architecture, and enterprise integrations.
Handson experience or strong understanding of LLM Observability
Positive understanding of observability, monitoring, and logging for AI systems.
Solid communication skills and ability to explain architecture to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have
MCP/tool integration experience.
Vector search exposure.
Experience in consumer-facing, CRM, contact center, or enterprise portal systems"
