Restaurant Captain / Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Captain / Supervisor to join our resort team. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
Lead and coordinate the restaurant service team.
Welcome guests and ensure excellent customer service.
Take and coordinate food and beverage orders.
Ensure proper table setup, cleanliness, and hygiene standards.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for timely food service.
Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and work performance.
Ensure proper billing and coordination with the front office/accounts team.
Maintain service quality and follow resort standards.




Train and guide junior restaurant staff when required.

Requirements
Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or resort is preferred.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and manage a team.
Guest-oriented attitude and good problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Location: Pollachi, Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
