Description:
In this role, candidate is required to have an extensive experience with deployment tools for Monthly patching, Standard deployments, reporting, software packaging for Windows Operating Systems, desktop management issues.
Responsibilities:
Minimum 3 years of expertise in Desktop Management and software distribution.
Must have technical expertise in administrating various Software deployment tools like SCCM, Intune etc., Windows desktop management issues.
Must have experience with Software packaging tools.
Managing mass software distribution and troubleshooting failed deployments.
Managing end to end patching for end user devices at the global level.
Application and third-party patching.
Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements.
Participate in triage calls for major incidents.
Research and analyze current technologies. Establish and monitor short- and long-range plans for Infrastructure Solutions.
Conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
for the problems and ensure to avoid its reoccurrence.
Support, Manage, optimize and maintain the configuration and installation of the desktop, to include, but not limited to, patch updates.
Frequent reporting of the deployments for stakeholders.
Manage Desktop (software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.
Experience in Automations through PowerShell or python.
Strong ITIL process knowledge.
Solid analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Robust communication and collaboration skills.
