ACCOUNTANT / ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Location: Sachin GIDC, Surat, Gujarat

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities at our plant location in Sachin GIDC.

Freshers with a relevant Accounting / Finance course or qualification are welcome to apply. Candidates should have a good understanding of basic accounting concepts and be willing to learn and handle day-to-day plant accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the plant.
Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.
Handle purchase and sales entries, invoices, receipts and payment records.
Maintain and verify accounting documentation and supporting bills.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Perform bank, cash and ledger-related entries and reconciliation.
Maintain vendor and customer account records.




Assist in preparing regular accounting reports and statements.
Verify invoices, bills and other financial documents.
Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting and payment-related requirements.
Maintain proper documentation of plant expenses and transactions.
Assist senior accounts personnel with month-end closing and other accounting activities.
Ensure accounting records are updated accurately and on time.

Requirements
B.Com / M.Com / BBA Finance / equivalent qualification preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates who have completed an Accounting / Tally / GST / Finance-related course can also apply.
Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
Knowledge of Tally / ERP / accounting software will be an advantage.
Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, ledger and bank reconciliation is preferred.
Positive working knowledge of MS Excel.
