We’re Hiring – NPD / Design Engineer (AutoCAD)

At Vaishnav Fastners, we’re looking to strengthen our Recent Product Development team with a skilled Design Engineer.

Role: NPD / Design Engineer
Location: Vasai / Mumbai
Industry: Fasteners | Manufacturing

What you’ll do
Prepare and modify engineering drawings using AutoCAD
Interpret customer drawings and specifications
Support new product development from concept to production
Work closely with production and quality teams
Ensure drawings are accurate and manufacturing-friendly

Who we’re looking for
Diploma / BE Mechanical
Robust working knowledge of AutoCAD (must)
1–5 years experience in design / NPD (manufacturing preferred)
Attention to detail and robust technical understanding
Fastener industry experience is a plus
