We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to manage and oversee our Soft Services operations, including Housekeeping and Security.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day housekeeping and security operations.
Ensure proper manpower deployment at assigned sites.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
Maintain service quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and security standards.
Handle client coordination, complaints, and escalations.
Coordinate with supervisors and site teams for smooth operations.
Monitor staff performance, discipline, and grooming.
Coordinate with the recruitment team for manpower requirements and replacements.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.

Requirements:
Experience in Facility Management / Soft Services is mandatory.




Experience in handling both Housekeeping and Security teams.
Robust team management and client coordination skills.
Valuable communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple sites and handle operational challenges.
