We are looking for a Business Development & E-commerce Specialist who can take ownership of international B2B sales, e-commerce growth, customer acquisition, and partnerships.

This is a hands-on, target-oriented role for someone who enjoys finding current customers, building relationships, conducting sales conversations, and closing deals.

Key ResponsibilitiesInternational B2B Business Development
Identify and approach potential international retailers, boutiques, distributors, wholesalers, resellers, fashion stores, and corporate buyers.
Generate leads through cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, online research, and other outbound channels.
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.




Contact prospective customers and introduce Silk Kabira's products.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Prepare quotations and negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
Follow up consistently and convert prospects into bulk and wholesale orders.
Build long-term relationships with international buyers.
Research new markets and identify opportunities for international expansion.

E-commerce Management & Growth
Manage Silk Kabira's presence across e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, inventory, and catalogue information.
Monitor orders, customer enquiries, reviews, and online store performance.
Identify prospects to improve online sales, traffic, and conversion rates.
