Summary

We are seeking a Recruiter to support endtoend hiring for multiple business units. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, coordination, and driving timely closures.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates for junior to midlevel roles.
Manage interview coordination with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain hiring trackers, candidate pipelines, and status updates.
Ensure smooth candidate experience and timely communication.
Support offer rollout, documentation, and preonboarding formalities.

Requirements
6 months- 2 years of recruitment experience (corporate or consultancy).
Solid sourcing skills across portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc).
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to handle multiple positions with quick turnaround.

Contract Details
6–12 month contract (extendable)
