Manage and lead the HR team, assigning responsibilities and ensuring timely completion of HR activities.
Supervise and mentor HR team members and provide guidance on recruitment, employee relations and HR operations.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Develop manpower plans and coordinate hiring requirements with department heads.
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, confirmation and exit processes.
Handle employee queries, grievances and disciplinary matters.
Manage attendance, leave records and HR documentation.
Coordinate with the payroll team for accurate and timely salary processing.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Develop, implement and regularly update HR policies and processes.
Manage employee engagement, retention and employee welfare initiatives.
Coordinate performance appraisal and performance management processes.
Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS/database.
Prepare HR MIS and reports for management.




Identify training and development requirements and coordinate training programs.
Work closely with senior management and department heads on HR strategy and workforce planning.
Build and maintain a positive, professional and productive workplace culture.
Ensure the HR team delivers productive and timely support to all employees.

Candidate Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
5–6 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in IT/Technology or a corporate workplace.
Previous experience in managing or leading an HR team is required.
Robust knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, employee relations, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
Strong leadership, people-management and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and HRMS/HR software.
