Key Responsibilities:
Set up CNC machines (lathe / VMC / Turning Center) as per job card/process sheet
Load and edit CNC programs; make offset corrections for tool wear and dimensional accuracy
Select, fit, and align cutting tools, fixtures, and jigs as per SOP
Perform first-piece inspection and get approval before full production run
Monitor the machining process to ensure adherence to cycle time and quality standards
Conduct in-process inspection using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, etc.)
Identify and rectify tool wear, dimensional deviation, or machine alarms
Perform minor troubleshooting of machine faults; escalate major issues to maintenance
Maintain machine cleanliness and carry out basic preventive maintenance (TPM activities)
Maintain production records, rejection reports, and setup time data
Ensure safety protocols and 5S standards are followed at the workstation
Train and guide CNC operators on machine handling when required

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
