Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, handle statutory compliance, and support the finance team in reporting and reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP software.
Prepare and maintain sales and purchase invoices.
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Perform bank, ledger, customer, and vendor reconciliations.
Maintain cash and bank books.
Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS.
Manage GST, TDS, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliance.
Assist in GST return preparation and reconciliation.
Verify bills, invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
Maintain proper documentation of accounting records.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, auditors, and other departments.




Assist in preparation of balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and other financial statements.
Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
Support payroll-related accounting and salary entries when required.
Assist during internal and statutory audits.
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of accounting activities.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Tally Prime / ERP and MS Excel.
Robust knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
Good analytical and numerical skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.

Educational Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing/engineering
