About the Role

Protyze Alphacentric Healthcare Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and dependable IT Administrator with 2–3 years of experience to manage the company's IT infrastructure, systems, networks, hardware, software, and day-to-day technical support.

The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of troubleshooting IT issues efficiently while ensuring the security, reliability, and smooth operation of the organization's technology workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain the company's computers, laptops, printers, servers, networking equipment, and other IT assets.
Provide day-to-day technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, update, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software.




Manage user accounts, access permissions, passwords, and employee onboarding/offboarding IT requirements.
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and other network infrastructure.
Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and system performance issues.
Maintain regular backups and assist with data recovery and business continuity procedures.
Implement and maintain antivirus, endpoint security, access controls, and other IT security measures.
Monitor system health, network performance, storage capacity, and potential security issues.
Maintain an updated inventory of IT hardware, software licenses, accessories, and other technology assets.
Coordinate with external IT vendors, service providers, and AMC partners when required.
Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and repair of IT equipment.
