Job Summary

The Front Office Associate is the first point of contact for our guests and plays a key role in creating a positive guest experience. The ideal candidate will handle guest check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and ensure effective front desk operations while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests with a warm and qualified attitude.
Perform guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
Handle room reservations, modifications, and cancellations.
Verify guest information and process payments accurately.




Answer telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room availability and readiness.
Liaise with Engineering and other departments to resolve guest requests and maintenance issues.
Handle guest complaints courteously and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain accurate guest records using the hotel's Property Management System (PMS).
Prepare daily reports, cash reconciliation, and shift handover documentation.
Ensure the front desk and lobby are clean, organized, and welcoming.
Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Freshers with relevant hospitality education are welcome to apply.
