Location: Pappanamcode, Trivandrum

A dental clinic at Pappanamcode, Trivandrum is looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities
Manage patient appointments, calls and follow-ups
Manage front desk and reception operations
Handle billing, payments and daily accounts
Maintain patient records and data entry
Coordinate appointments and communication with doctors
Ensure a smooth and professional patient experience

Requirements
Prior experience as a dental/medical receptionist is preferred
Confident in billing and payment handling
Valuable computer skills and data-entry knowledge
Confident in reception management
Excellent communication and patient-handling skills
Valuable organisational and multitasking skills
Qualified and friendly attitude
Dental clinic experience will be an advantage
