Role & responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls and other communication channels.
Understand students career goals, educational background and requirements.
Recommend relevant online UG/PG degree programs and university options.
Clearly explain program structure, eligibility, fees, admission process, university details and key benefits.
Build robust student relationships through timely and consistent follow-ups.
Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
Maintain accurate lead, call and follow-up information in the CRM.
Work closely with the team to improve lead conversion and admission outcomes.
Consistently achieve individual counselling,



conversion and admission targets.

Who Can Apply?
Graduate in any discipline.
6 months-2 years of overall experience in EdTech / Inside Sales / Telesales / Academic Counselling / Online Admissions.
Mandatory: Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in selling or counselling online UG/PG programs.
Proven experience handling student enquiries/leads and converting them into admissions.
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Strong convincing, negotiation and follow-up abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-driven sales workplace.
Positive CRM and lead-management discipline.
Positive attitude and strong student-handling skills.
