Job Description Junior IT Recruiter
Source and identify candidates for IT job openings through job portals, databases, and other channels
Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, and job requirements
Conduct initial telephonic/online interviews and assess candidate suitability
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports
Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and support the team in closing positions
Eligibility: 3 months–1.5 years of experience in Recruitment.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills required.
