What You’ll Be Working On:

Regulatory Intelligence
Track and identify upcoming regulatory changes, newly enacted laws, amendments and significant case laws relevant to clients.




Analyse regulatory developments and understand their potential impact on businesses.
Prepare concise and meaningful regulatory update summaries for clients.
Ensure regulatory developments are updated accurately and promptly in Lexplosion’s client databases.

Compliance & Legal Research
Develop and maintain detailed compliance obligations based on applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct extensive legal research on client queries and provide accurate responses within defined turnaround timelines.
Analyse complex legal provisions and translate them into explicit, actionable compliance requirements.
Create compliance checklists by categorising responsibilities against each applicable obligation.

Client Projects & Due Diligence
Conduct due diligence on Corporate Laws and regulatory compliance for client locations, including in office and off-site assignments.
Support client-facing legal and compliance projects.
