Role Description
The GM Luxury Sales is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for leading sales efforts for premium and luxury real estate projects. This role oversees the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, client presentations, negotiations, and closure of high-value deals. The position involves developing and implementing sales strategies,



monitoring performance against targets, and ensuring a superior customer experience for luxury home buyers. The GM Luxury Sales will collaborate with marketing, project, and customer service teams to align sales initiatives with project timelines and brand positioning. The role also includes mentoring and managing the sales team, establishing best practices, and providing regular market and competitor insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications
Strong Sales and Luxury Sales Management skills, with a proven record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to ensure a premium, personalized experience for high-net-worth clients.
