About the Role

At Dataspot Technologies, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing agency team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing social media, running paid campaigns, communicating with clients, and turning marketing strategies into measurable results.

You will work closely with clients and our internal creative, content, and performance marketing teams to plan, execute, monitor, and improve digital marketing campaigns across multiple accounts.

What You'll Do

Social Media Management
Manage social media accounts for multiple clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
Develop monthly content and social media plans based on client objectives.
Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure timely delivery of posts, creatives, reels, and campaigns.
Monitor social media performance, audience engagement, and brand growth.
Stay updated with platform trends, content formats,



algorithms, and emerging opportunities.

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Manage campaign budgets, audiences, creatives, placements, and performance.
Track key metrics such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversions, and lead quality.
Conduct audience, competitor, and keyword research to identify new growth prospects.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement optimization strategies.
Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Client & Account Management
Act as a key point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong working relationships.
Understand client requirements, marketing objectives, and business goals.
Coordinate campaign requirements between clients and internal teams.
