Recent Advance License Application in DGFT portal and document preparation (Appendix 4E, Export, Import Worksheet verification and Duty Calculation)
Norms Fixation Application (CAD marker consumption checking)
EODC Application for Single and clubbing. (Document preparation of Appendix 4F, 4H and 4C)
Import & Export shipment check list verification.
Accounting of Import and Export in license wise.
Reporting to Management for the pending Export Obligation and Financial liability.
Attending Show Case Notice at DGFT Coimbatore and Chennai Customs along with suitable letter and documentation.
Paying TR6 challan at customs for the unutilized import quantity.
Reply to deficiency against Current License, Norms Fixation, EODC closure application.
Coordination with Export team to advise advance license details for the Export.
Coordinate with Import team to advise advance license details for the Import.
Follow-up with Logistics team for the EBRC related to Advance license.
Filing of all the Documents Shipping Bill, BOE, Invoice and EBC for closure.
