Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) Consultant to join our team as a Custom Software Engineer. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP GTS implementation, support, and enhancements, with solid expertise in Compliance Management, Customs Management, and SAP GTS integration with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that meet global trade compliance and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, configure, and support SAP GTS solutions based on business requirements.
Implement and support SAP GTS Compliance Management, including:
Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening
Embargo Checks
Legal Control
License Management
Configure and support Customs Management for import and export processes.
Work on Product Classification, including HTS, ECCN, and Tariff Classification.
Integrate SAP GTS with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA using RFC, ALE/IDoc, and other integration technologies.




Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments (WRICEF).
Support enhancements using BADIs, User Exits, reports, interfaces, and forms.
Perform root cause analysis, troubleshoot production issues, and provide L2/L3 support.
Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
Prepare project documentation, including Functional Specifications, Test Scripts, User Manuals, and Training Documents.
Participate in implementation, rollout, upgrade, and support projects.
Follow Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS).
Robust expertise in:
Compliance Management (SPL, Embargo, Legal Control)
Customs
