We are looking for an enthusiastic CRM Executive (Client Relationship Management Executive) to join our agile team and support our client management and sales processes. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about communication, client service, and the design industry·

Handle inbound connected calls and interact with clients to identify needs and support sales conversions.
· You will engage with potential clients, identify their needs, and generate prospective leads through effective communication.
· Maintain and regularly update the CRM database with accurate client, lead, and project details.
· Support the sales and design teams by coordinating meetings, scheduling follow-ups, and sharing client updates.




· Assist in lead handling and follow-up to convert inbound inquiries into potential clients.
· Collect client feedback during inbound interactions and share insights to improve customer satisfaction.
· Prepare basic reports on inbound calls, leads, conversions, and overall client interactions.

Job Types: Full time, Fresher

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
