Role & responsibilities :-
Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
Create and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, and promotional content.
Develop and execute a monthly social media content calendar.
Write creative captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience preferences.
Increase followers, engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer queries professionally.
Support product launches, offers, and promotional activities.
Track and analyze social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
Coordinate with influencers/creators for collaborations and campaigns.
Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and communication standards.
Stay updated with Instagram/Reels trends, algorithms, and digital marketing trends.
