About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound \IT Network & Server Support Associate\ to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking concepts, basic server management knowledge, and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

Freshers with a robust technical foundation and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, systems, and servers.

* Handle basic server administration and troubleshooting activities.

* Troubleshoot network connectivity, hardware, software, and system-related issues.

* Configure and maintain basic networking devices such as switches, routers, and access points.

* Provide technical support to employees for IT-related issues.

* Identify problems, analyze root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.





* Maintain IT infrastructure records, documentation, and system-related reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors whenever required.

* Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day IT operations.

* Follow IT security, backup, and system maintenance procedures.
Required Skills

Strong knowledge of \Networking concepts\* such as TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.

Basic to valuable understanding of \Server Management and Administration\*.

* Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to understand a technical problem and find the right solution.

* Quick learner with a proactive approach.

* Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

* Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Educational Qualification

\Graduate in B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science)\* or a related technical field.
