Counsel students regarding
study-abroad opportunities, courses, universities, and countries
.

Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and financial requirements.

Provide accurate information about
admission requirements, eligibility, fees, scholarships, and visa processes
.

Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, CRM, and other communication channels.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents.

Convert leads into applications and successful enrollments.

Coordinate with admission, visa, and country-specific counseling teams.

Maintain accurate and updated lead information in the
CRM
.

Achieve monthly counseling, application, and enrollment targets.

Participate in education fairs, seminars, school/college visits, and other promotional activities.
