Tuesday–Sunday | Monday Off

Role
- Handle customer communication and outbound calls
- Follow up on leads and identify sales opportunities
- Qualify leads and close sales
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Achieve sales targets

Requirements
- Graduation required
- Fresher with excellent English communication can apply
- Robust communication, listening and presentation skills
- Candidates with relevant direct EdTech sales/closing experience preferred
- Pre-sales experience is not applicable for this role
- Willingness to work from office and rotational shifts

Compensation

Freshers:
₹4 LPA Fixed + ₹4 LPA Variable

Experienced:
₹6 LPA Fixed + ₹4 LPA Variable

Additional:
Night shift allowance as applicable
