Role Description
The Event Production Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for coordinating the technical and logistical aspects of events from pre-production through post-event wrap-up. Day-to-day tasks include supporting event planning,



managing production timelines, coordinating vendors and suppliers, and overseeing on-site setup, staging, and dismantling. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to interpret event concepts, plan run-of-show schedules, and ensure all production elements (audio, visual, lighting, décor, and staging) are executed smoothly. The Event Production Specialist will monitor budgets and resources, manage event documentation, and assist with risk assessment and contingency planning. This position also includes post-event evaluation, reporting on performance, and recommending improvements for future events.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, with experience in coordinating multiple projects and timelines.
