Job Overview

Logical InfoSoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and customer-focused IT Support Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, understanding their requirements, troubleshooting software-related issues, and coordinating with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, basic technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and a willingness to learn and work with software products.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients through calls, email, chat, and other communication channels.
- Understand client issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Handle day-to-day support queries related to company software and applications.
- Troubleshoot application, login, configuration, and basic technical issues.




- Understand client requirements and communicate them clearly to the development team.
- Create and maintain support tickets and track issues until resolution.
- Coordinate with developers and technical teams for complex issues.
- Follow up with clients regarding reported issues and resolutions.
- Provide basic product training and guidance to clients when required.
- Assist clients with software setup, configuration, and usage.
- Maintain proper documentation of client issues, solutions, and follow-ups.
- Identify recurring technical issues and report them to the concerned team.
- Ensure timely resolution of client queries according to company processes.
- Maintain professional communication and positive client relationships.
- Prepare daily support reports and update the status of pending issues.

Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, software, and web
