About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and hardworking female Helper Staff to support our Sales Team and handle day-to-day backend activities at our store.

The ideal candidate should preferably have experience in a retail/store helper or support role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced store environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Sales Team with day-to-day store activities.
- Support sales staff in arranging and organizing merchandise.
- Help with stock movement, folding, tagging, packing, and unpacking products.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the sales floor and backend/storage areas.




- Assist in moving and arranging garments/products within the store.
- Support with backend and inventory-related activities as required.
- Help with receiving, checking, sorting, and storing new merchandise.
- Assist the sales team during busy hours and customer requirements.
- Ensure products are properly arranged and readily available for the sales team.
- Perform other store-support duties assigned by the Store Manager.

Requirements
- Retail / store helper experience is preferred.
- Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn may also be considered.
- Should be physically active and comfortable handling store-related work.
- Positive teamwork and communication skills.
- Responsible, punctual, and well-groomed.
- Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
