Guidewire Tester 3+ Years

Summary –

We are looking for an experienced Guidewire Tester to join the insurance technology and analytics team of a leading global organization. The role will involve testing and validating insurance applications and processes, with a strong focus on Guidewire Premium Validation and insurance domain fundamentals.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Guidewire testing/premium validation, strong proficiency in Excel, a valuable understanding of Auto and Home insurance, and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities -

1. Perform functional and validation testing for Guidewire-based insurance applications, with a focus on premium validation.
2. Validate premium calculations, insurance transactions, and business rules to identify discrepancies and defects.
3.



Test insurance processes related to Auto and Home insurance and ensure alignment with business requirements.
4. Use MS Excel for test data preparation, validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
5. Collaborate with business and technical teams to report defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution and delivery.

Requirements -

1. 3–5 years of relevant experience in Guidewire testing, insurance testing, premium validation, or related areas.
2. Hands-on experience with Guidewire Premium Validation is mandatory.
3. Strong proficiency in MS Excel and experience in data validation/reconciliation.
4. Good understanding of insurance fundamentals, particularly Auto and Home insurance.
5. Average or better communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders; ASAP joiners preferred.
