About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
to lead the administrative, technical, and project engineering activities for large-scale
US construction projects
.

This is a high-ownership role involving project coordination, team leadership, client communication, quality management, change orders, submittals, and project delivery. The role also offers strong exposure to
US construction practices and VDC/project engineering
.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage project activities including submittals, RFIs, change orders, project coordination, and project engineering.
- Lead, supervise, train, and develop project engineering teams.
- Coordinate project meetings and ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Track project priorities, deliverables,



timelines, and quality standards.
- Maintain project documentation, records, reports, and correspondence.
- Support estimating and resource planning for new projects.
- Coordinate with US-based stakeholders and project teams on a daily basis.
- Ensure adherence to project quality and delivery standards.
- Build solid relationships with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and support development of project processes and solutions.

Mandatory Requirements
- 8–14 years of overall experience with 5+ years in Construction Project Management.
- 2–3+ years of BIM & Revit experience, including construction documentation and project coordination.
- Engineering Graduate / B.Arch / MS in Construction Management or equivalent.
- Experience in at least 2 of the following:
- Submittals
- RFIs
- Change Orders
- Quantity Take-Offs
- Estimation
- Project Coordination
- 4–5+
