Role & responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from manpower requisition to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, consultants, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, selection, salary negotiation, and offer release.
- Manage candidate follow-ups, documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, trackers, and recruitment reports.
- Ensure timely closure of positions as per TAT and manpower requirements.
- Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline and talent database.
