Role & responsibilities
- Supervise and manage civil construction projects (CPWD, State/Central Govt.).
- Liaise with government engineers and site project engineers.
- Ensure compliance with legal and technical tender conditions.
- Oversee site activities via engineers, supervisors, and labor teams.
- Ensure adherence to civil construction codes, documentation & standards.
- Manage execution and billing as per tender and departmental procedures (CPWD/State Govt.).
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in CPWD or government civil works.
- Robust understanding of govt. construction norms, contracts & procedures.
- Familiar with government execution and billing processes based on tender documents.
- Proven ability to coordinate with public sector departments.
- Knowledge of standard civil engineering practices and documentation.
- Willing to relocate and work across Karnataka
