R2R Team Lead 8–10 Years – Pune

We are hiring an R2R Team Lead – 8–10 Years for a leading organization. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in Record-to-Report (R2R), Accounting, Financial Reporting, Month-End Closing, Taxation, Team Management, Process Improvement, and Stakeholder Management who can lead finance operations while driving efficiency and service delivery. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of managerial experience.

Responsibilities –

1. Lead and manage the R2R process, including accounting, finalization of accounts, month-end activities, and financial reporting.
2. Ensure accurate preparation and review of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, control account schedules, and other financial reports.
3. Lead operational and strategic planning for the assigned team, including resource allocation, project planning,



and service delivery improvement.
4. Manage and develop team members, including staffing, supervision, performance evaluation, and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
5. Identify opportunities for process improvement, technology adoption, Lean/Six Sigma implementation, and operational efficiency.
6. Benchmark service delivery, prepare business case justifications, and develop cost-benefit analyses for improvement initiatives.

Requirements –

1. B.Com / M.Com / MBA / CA / ICWA with 8–10 years of experience managing R2R processes.
2. Strong knowledge of accounting concepts, financial reporting, account finalization, and month-end activities.
3. Good understanding of direct and indirect taxation, compliances, and reporting requirements.
4. Minimum 1 year of prior managerial/team leadership experience.
5. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Tally, along with strong proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
6. Solid stake
