ROLE OBJECTIVE

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to support our business development activities and expand Satyam Technocrats' customer base.

The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting outreach, following up with prospects, arranging customer meetings, and supporting the sales team in converting opportunities into business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead Generation & Business Development
- Identify potential customers in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Generate leads through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, references, exhibitions, and online research.




- Reach out to prospective customers and introduce Satyam's automation solutions.
- Qualify leads based on customer requirements and business potential.
- Schedule meetings and discussions with prospective customers.

Customer Interaction
- Understand basic customer requirements and identify potential automation opportunities.
- Coordinate with senior sales and technical teams for customer requirements.
- Follow up with prospects regularly through calls, emails, and meetings.
- Maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective customers.

Sales Support
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, presentations, and other sales documents.
- Track enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
- Support the sales team throughout the enquiry-to-order process.
