We are seeking a proactive and customer‑oriented Laptop Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and strong technical expertise in troubleshooting and repairing multi‑brand laptops. This role requires a hands‑on approach to hardware support and a professional attitude in customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues across various laptop brands.
- Carry out component replacements including LCD screens, motherboards, and keyboards.
- Deliver effective technical support and guidance to customers.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, repairs, and resolutions.




- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through skilled handling of queries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service requests efficiently.
- Customer‑focused approach with problem‑solving mindset.
- Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
