About The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves leading solution design and delivery across our core CRM platform, including the Data and AI layers. As a senior individual contributor with team lead responsibilities, you will own the architecture,



mentor engineers, and serve as the primary technical interface with clients. Your expertise will be pivotal in designing and implementing scalable, efficient, and innovative Salesforce solutions that align with client business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce ecosystems, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Agentforce, along with a strong background in data integration, AI, and cloud architecture.

Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with a strong understanding of their functionalities and best practices.
- Extensive experience with Data Cloud, including data ingestion pipelines, identity resolution, and creating unified Customer 360 profiles.
- Working knowledge of Agentforce, including Topics, Actions, Prompt Templates, and Trust Layer.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Busines
