We are looking for a senior finance professional to join us as
Head of Finance
, with strong hands-on experience in
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;)
.

What we’re looking for:

· Solid M&A; / Corporate Finance exposure

· Hands-on experience in
due diligence, valuation, financial modelling, deal structuring and transaction execution

· Experience managing FP&A;, budgeting, treasury, taxation, audit, compliance and financial controls

· Exposure to fundraising, banking and capital structuring preferred

· Ability to partner with CEO/MD and senior leadership on strategic and investment decisions

· Experience in post-merger integration will be an advantage

· Strong commercial, analytical, negotiation and leadership capabilities

Candidates from
industry, Big 4 / Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance or Investment Banking
backgrounds with relevant leadership experience can be considered.
