End-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, documentation. Coordinating new employee onboarding &induction.; Employee Records,attendance, Payroll, Compliance, performance reviews, engagement, grievances, and training.
Required Candidate profile
Positive knowledge of Indian labour laws and HR compliance. Familiarity with ZOHO ONE/People or other payroll software. Ability to work independently and handle multiple HR functions.Interpesonnel Skills.
