Job Summary

Support the daily operations of the Jaipur Travel Lounge, handle customer enquiries, sell holiday packages, prepare quotations, coordinate bookings and support local business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in and online travel enquiries.
- Understand customer travel needs, budget and preferred destinations.
- Promote Domestic and International Holiday Packages.
- Handle FIT, Customized Holidays and Group Departures.
- Prepare itineraries and quotations.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
- Maintain lead and customer records in CRM.
- Coordinate booking documents and payment follow-ups.
- Work with Product, Operations, Ticketing, Visa and Accounts teams.
- Coordinate with hotels, DMCs, transporters and other suppliers.
- Promote family, honeymoon, group, adventure and customized holidays.
- Build repeat and referral business.
- Support local promotions, corporate enquiries and events in Jaipur.
- Assist the Travel Lounge Manager in achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Support and guide junior sales staff when required.




- Maintain positive customer service and a professional Travel Lounge environment.

Qualification & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Travel & Tourism, Hospitality or Tourism Management qualification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Travel & Tourism, Holiday Sales, Tour Operations or Travel Lounge operations.

Key Skills
- Good knowledge of Domestic and International destinations.
- Holiday sales and customer handling.
- Itinerary and quotation preparation.
- Strong follow-up and sales conversion skills.
- Good negotiation and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, email, WhatsApp and Travel CRM.
- Basic team-handling skills.

Language Requirements
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
