Experience: 5-10 Years

Your Role
- Lead and mentor Relationship Managers
- Drive Real Estate Sales through Channel Partners
- Expand Broker & Channel Partner Network across Gurgaon
- Build new business opportunities
- Meet HNIs and prospective buyers
- Conduct project presentations and client meetings
- Support and close high-value residential & commercial deals




- Develop channel sales strategies
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Build long-term relationships with Channel Partners

We're Looking For

Strong Gurgaon Real Estate market knowledge

Extensive Broker & Channel Partner network

Residential and Commercial Real Estate Sales experience

Builder / Developer / Real Estate Brokerage background

Excellent closing and negotiation skills

Fluent English communication

Full-time Graduate

Solid leadership and team handling experience

Your Role
- Generate business through Channel Partners
- Build strong Broker relationships

- Conduct client meetings and site visits
