Regional IT admin – Job Description
- Provide IT support for all regional offices and CRC
- Handle first-level hardware support (computers, laptops, thin clients, printers, biometrics, toolkits)
- Coordinate with AMC vendors for second-level hardware support
- Support ERP rollout and ongoing maintenance
- Manage MPLS devices – installation, connectivity, and upkeep
- Maintain firewall, LAN, WAN, internet, and network racks
- Oversee UPS systems and battery AMC support
- Keep IT hardware inventory updated and accurate
- Being based in CRC, conduct monthly branch visits
- Provide support for business applications (DMS, Tally, Extranet, CCMS, Insurance, Biometric attendance)
- Ensure IT security compliance and data protection measures
- Maintain documentation of IT assets, AMC contracts, and service logs
- Submit monthly IT performance and incident reports

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
