Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accurate financial records. Handle general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and journal entries. Manage bank, vendor, and ledger reconciliations. Prepare monthly MIS and financial reports. Ensure timely GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits. Review payment requests and ensure accurate and timely processing. Monitor accounting activities and ensure adherence to financial controls. Identify process gaps and implement improvements. Supervise and guide the accounting team,



ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks. What We're Looking For B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
4–7 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance. Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, TDS, and reconciliations. Hands-on experience with Tally/ERP and MS Excel. Robust understanding of financial reporting and MIS. Prior team-handling experience is preferred. Experience in NBFC, FinTech, Banking, or BFSI will be an added advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
