Job Role: Production Manager

Job Description
- Manage and oversee two-wheeler and three-wheeler tyre manufacturing operations.
- Ensure smooth and productive functioning of the tyre manufacturing factory.
- Take responsibility for Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance.
- Ensure production processes meet required quality and safety standards.
- Plan and allocate manpower according to production requirements.
- Prepare and execute production plans to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Develop cost plans and monitor manufacturing costs to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor production performance, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and manufacturing standards.




- Identify production bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, stores, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Monitor material usage, wastage, and production losses to control costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of finished tyres as per production schedules.
- Lead and supervise production teams and ensure effective workforce utilization.
