Role Overview

PaperClip is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager – Finance for the Jaipur market.

The role will be responsible for building PaperClip's MSME finance business in Jaipur and surrounding markets by identifying prospective borrowers, developing channel and ecosystem partnerships,



understanding clients' funding requirements, and facilitating suitable financing solutions through PaperClip's banking and NBFC partners.

The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of Retail lending and business loans, along with an established network in the Jaipur market.

Key Responsibilities Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify and acquire customers requiring finance solutions via bank debt
- Build a strong pipeline of borrowers across Jaipur and nearby clusters.
- Conduct regular market visits and meetings with business owners, promoters, CFOs and finance teams.
- Generate business through direct sourcing as well as referral and channel partnerships.
- Develop relationships with CAs, DSAs, consultants, industry associations, distributors, suppliers and other ecosystem partners.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for leads, login volumes, sanctions and disbursements.
