What You’ll Do
- Connect with prospective students through inbound and outbound calls.
- Understand students' academic background, interests, and career goals.
- Provide counselling on suitable UG/PG programs and career opportunities.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Follow up with leads at different stages of the admission journey.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Handle objections and resolve admission-related queries.
- Maintain lead details, call records, and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets.
- Work towards individual and team admission/revenue targets.
- Coordinate with the backend team to ensure smooth enrollment and documentation.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
