Mashoor Brands is an emerging marketing and business-growth venture focused on helping businesses and brands with digital marketing, branding, lead generation, social media and related growth services.
We are looking for a
responsible, experienced and commercially driven individual
who can take ownership of the business development and digital marketing function and help us build Mashoor Brands into a robust revenue-generating business.
This is an
early-stage opportunity with significant ownership and growth potential
. You will work directly with the Founder and have the opportunity to build the function from the ground up.
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Handle and qualify inbound leads from LinkedIn and other channels
- Conduct client discovery calls and online meetings
- Generate new business through LinkedIn, outbound outreach and other channels
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into paying clients
- Prepare proposals and coordinate client onboarding
- Manage client communication and relationships
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies
- Manage or coordinate Meta/Facebook and Instagram advertising
- Social media marketing and content strategy
- Lead generation campaigns
- SEO/SEM and online marketing coordination
- Branding and marketing strategy
- Coordinate freelancers/specialists where required for service delivery
- Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and follow-up records
- Track leads, conversions, revenue and campaign performance
We Are Looking For Someone Who Has
Proven practical experience — not just theoretical knowledge.
You should be able to demonstrate previous work in areas such as:
- Meta/Facebook & Instagram Ads
- Digital marketing
- Lead generation
- Social media marketing
- SEO/SEM
- Branding/marketing
- Sales & business development
- Client acquisition and retention
