Job Summary:

We are hiring Senior Business Development Executives (Sr. BDEs) for field-based business development activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities, building relationships with schools/colleges and other educational partners, conducting product/service presentations, and achieving assigned business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.

Visit schools, colleges and educational institutions to meet principals and key decision-makers.

Conduct awareness sessions, presentations and product/service demonstrations.

Generate leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.

Build and maintain robust relationships with educational institutions and partners.

Participate in field activities, events,



stalls and promotional campaigns.

Maintain daily activity reports and update lead/customer information in the system.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/business development targets.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.

Track market trends, competitor activities and potential business opportunities.

Handle negotiations and follow up with prospective clients until closure.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Qualification: Graduate – Any Stream.

Prior experience in Business Development / Field Sales / B2B Sales / Education Sales will be preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of the local/regional language along with basic English.

Comfortable with extensive field travel.

Two-wheeler/Bike is mandatory.

Own laptop is mandatory.

Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
